Dave Portnoy accused the star of the ESPN Mina Kimes of being a “hypocrite” on his manipulation of the Shannon Sharpe scandal in progress.

Portnoy referred to the reaction of the ESPN star to historic articles on Insider.com which bore accusations of serious sexual misconduct and assault against the founder of Barstool Sports.

“It is a really overwhelming and well -reported story,” wrote Kimes on social networks at the time. “And to judge by the answers – there are far too many people who still do not understand the concept of consent.”
Portnoy marked the articles a successful piece of the Bulls *** ‘and even pursued Insider.com in February 2022. His defamation trial was however rejected, the judge would have cited a lack of evidence that INSIDE.com had unjustified intentions to do against him.
Portnoy initially challenged the decision before removing his call in February 2023. But he nevertheless targeted Kimes on Friday.
“I have dm @Minakimes a mountain of evidence proving beyond the shadow of a doubt, the successful play was 100% of the garbage and politely asked for a retraction,” he wrote on X.
“Instead, she blocked me. Hypocritus is an understatement.
