Dak Prescott’s hamstrings snatched the bone in a week 9 game against Falcons. He underwent surgery on November 13 and began his rehabilitation shortly after.
Six months later, the Cowboys quarter-Arrière is about to be raised.
The team’s medical staff has not yet completely erased Prescott, but they participate in voluntary off -season training sessions.
“Almost can do everything. Feel well,” Prescott said on Tuesday, via Schuyler Dixon of the Associated Press. “Yeah, I think I’m just not allowed to contact, which we have some time for that. Yeah, I’m there in the team’s activities. I feel good. I’m just trying to stay like this. Yeah, I feel good.”
Prescott minimized concerns about the fact that it is not yet completely healed.
“People say a lot about me, guy,” said Prescott. “I present myself and control what I can control (to become) healthy. Try to stay healthy. Feels good. Yes, just trying to push the energy and make sure to continue to improve myself. ”
He also said he was ahead, not behind, in his work of off -season.
“Am I behind? No,” said Prescott. “I left the season (2024) early. I mean FK, I was injured. Excuse me. My offseason started much earlier. Sorry for the language, but my offseason started much earlier, it’s really essentially why I am ahead, in addition to working with the director of the rehabilitation Britt (Brown), to work with this training staff. “
Prescott, 32, has missed a total of 26 games in the last five seasons with ankle, calf, thumb and hamstring injuries. He also underwent a shoulder injury that made him miss the training time in the training camp in 2021.
