Cowboys front office may worry about Micah Parsons’ training with pro boxer in painful body shot challenge

Micah Parsons is training away from the Dallas Cowboys this offseason.

After watching surprising video of the Pro Bowl linebacker exchanging punches, Dallas owner Jerry Jones and the Cowboys coaches will likely want to get Parsons back in an NFL uniform as quickly as possible.

Parsons went viral after a TikTok video surfaced of the three-time Pro Bowler punching and taking punches from boxer AJ Graham.

“See if Micah Parsons can take on the body shot challenge,” Graham posted.

After the 6-foot-3, 245-pound Dallas rusher delivered a major blow to Graham’s midsection, the boxer backed away and had to take a break.

“Bruh was trying to disconnect me from existence,” Graham wrote.

But Parsons appeared to be the underdog of the match, quickly retreating after a second gutshot.

Parsons, who is very active on social media, heard it from fans after he couldn’t hold his weight against the smaller Graham.

“Lol, dude is literally half her size,” one fan tweeted. “Tells you good punching technique > size and strength.”

“I love how much this shows that boxing and striking are technical and not just strength,” posted a second fan.

“It’s all about punch placement,” a third fan wrote.

Parsons made a good shot, then his second had less impact.

When it was Parsons’ turn to land his second hit, the boisterous Cowboys runner decided he’d had enough.

Parsons shook his head, laughed and walked away.

“Better go back and take your second photo like a man,” one fan said.

Graham won the body shot challenge.

Parsons is a better offensive player when he wears pads and the star on his helmet.

The Cowboys may want to step in and protect their star linebacker when he practices outside the lines.
