Costeen Hatzi speaks publicly for the first time since his separation of rumor with Nick Kyrgios

Costeen Hatzi has broken her silence publicly after rumors have emerged in recent weeks that she separated from the Australian tennis star Nick Kyrgios.

The pair has been going out together since 2021, but speculation gathered at the end of March that the pair had separated after a series of publications on social networks.

Hatzi, an influencer, went to Instagram last week to fuel rumors, publishing several cryptic publications on social networks. We seemed to show her words that she was “divorced”.

Kyrgios, meanwhile, had seemed to throw the rumor mill in Overdrive with a single emoji, seeming to minimize speculation by commenting on an emoji “Heart-Eye” on an Instagram photo published by Hatzi. He had also written an article on social networks that said: “During the day … Don’t believe everything you read.”

On Tuesday, Hatzi was one of the many influencers who attended the launch of the Witchery White shirt campaign in Sydney where she spoke to the Daily Telegraph about how her life was recently, although it seems that it was not denying that the pair had separated.

“It was great,” Hatzi told Daily Telegraph.

“I continue with work and I have some different brands with which I am working at the moment.

Hatzi and Kyrgios fueled rumors that they had separated with a series of messages on social networks

“I am grateful to have this life and hope to continue.”

The couple has been going out for almost four years. They met on Instagram in 2021 when the tennis star contacted Hatzi about a mirror that she sold on Instagram.

The influencer, who has more than 180,000 subscribers on Instagram, was regularly seen by supporting Kyrgios in the Tennis court and was recently seen on the Australian star in Indian Wells.

Hatzi added: “I think it is always important to put you first and do what makes you happy.”

She and Kyrgios had removed the initials from the other from their Instagram bios triggering the initial rumors on their split.

Later, she seemed to publish a Tiktok video that was subtitled: “You do not see your friend in a certain time and you have to update it on your chaotic life”.

Kyrgios had seemed to minimize the reports of their split on Instagram, commenting on an emoji “Love Heart” in a recent Hatzi photo had published

Some fans asked the influencer if she had “a broken heart”, to which she replied “no”

During the clip, she seemed to the mouth the words: “Who f *** did I marry?” So, at this stage, I asked for divorce.

A follower replied in the comments asking him: “Do you have a broken heart?”

Hatzi replied: “No”.

In the past, Kyrgios has described Hatzi as “her closest friend” adding “(she is) the person who hates me a minute and who loves me the next, the best girlfriend, my biggest fan, my love and a great partner in life.

Hatzi, meanwhile, previously opened when they met for the first time.

“He apparently scrolled Insta and saw my business account publish.

“He sent a message to my business account by asking if the mirror was available for pickup, then sent a personal message (account) by asking for the same thing.

“It was a professional / friendly conversation, then he came to get the mirror of Sydney.”

Kyrgios has struggled with his physical condition in the past two years, returning to the ATP Tour internationally Brisbane following a wrap injury in the wrist of the wrist

Hatzi, on the other hand, was regularly spotted by supporting Kyrgios on the ATP Tour circuit

“I didn’t know that was a whole plan, I literally thought he was buying a mirror. He picked up the mirror and, as he would say: “It was love at first sight,” she said.

Kyrgios, meanwhile, fought the injury in the past two years, after having broken a wrist ligament.

Kyrgios returned to the ATP Tour at Brisbane International earlier this year, before being beaten by Jacob Fearnley during the first round of the Australian Open 2025.

Since then, he has struggled with the wrist injury, Kyrgios withdrawing in a scary of his opening match at Indian Wells against Botic Van de Zandschulp.

But at the Miami Open, there was a great joy for Kyrgios, who beat Karen Khachanov in two sets.
