NASHUA, NH (AP) — Four people were injured in a five-vehicle crash Friday caused by a wrong-way driver on the FE Everett Turnpike in Nashua, New Hampshire State Police say.

Police say an 83-year-old Merrimack woman was driving north in the southbound lanes of the freeway Friday morning when she collided head-on with a pickup truck. One of the vehicles then hit a Jeep, which veered off the road and rolled over. Two other cars were also hit.

The woman was hospitalized with serious injuries and three others were also taken to hospital.
