After having recorded his very first arsenal brace in our success 4-0 against Ipswich, Leandro Trossard admits that he feels confidence to flow to a crucial point in the campaign.
The Belgian striker has enabled Portman Road to make three goals in his last four games, and has paid his count in all competitions to put him among our best scorers this quarter.
And after being responsible for leading our line in recent weeks, it is happy that the goals have started to flow again, with a semi-final of the Champions League on the horizon.
Evaluating his form at the moment, Leo said after the post-match: “I am very confident. I think everyone must be on guard and be ready to play. There are big games to come, so I think everyone wants to be confident also in these games and I am really satisfied.
“As avant-garde players, that’s how you want to be, and it’s good for everyone. It’s always nice to be on the match sheet to help your team get a victory, so I’m really happy.”

Arteta’s pleasure in attacking the display in Ipswich
We put Ipswich to the sword with a dominant display which was accompanied by the match sheet, Gabriel Martinelli and Ethan Nwaneri adding to the double of Leo.
As for his favorite to transport two goals, he opted for: “The second. I think we had a lot of turns before that and we tried to play short. We continued and then, in the end, we obtained the award.
“It was a good victory today, four goals and a white sheet. I don’t think we can ask more.
“We want to win all the games and also in the Premier League, I know it was from top to bottom, but we want to continue to continue and I think that is what we have done today, and now we can hope for the next one.”
