A record crowd of 37,865 was at the Optus stadium on Saturday to see the natives all the stars break Fremantle of 43 points – 16.12 (108) to 9.11 (65).
The crowd overshadowed the previous record of 17,500 at the Darwin Tio stadium in 2003 when the All Stars broke Carlton with 73 points.
