CNN anchor Erin Burnett has admitted evidence President Biden’s family members received more than $1 million from various accounts tied to his son Hunter’s Chinese business associates ‘doesn’t look good’ for the First family.
During a recent episode of CNN’s “Erin Burnett OutFront,” the host discussed subpoenaed financial records, which were obtained by the House Oversight Committee.
Records show that money from the president’s troubled son was funneled to several members of the Biden clan, including James Biden and Beau Biden’s widow, Hallie Biden.
Burnett referred to subpoenaed financial records, which show Hunter’s business partner funneled funds to multiple family members, along with “Just Security” co-editor Ryan Goodman.
She said any layman would think the Chinese payments “don’t look good”.

Goodman, however, said that in all likelihood nothing “injurious to the law” would come out of the recordings, although they may exhibit “perhaps unethical” behavior.
“When I look at all the facts alleged in the four-page memo, it seems potentially unethical. But it’s hard to equate that to an illegality or a crime,” Goodman said.
Goodman also noted that the payments could look like ‘influence peddling’ between foreign assets and the Bidens, as some Republicans have warned for years, but again noted that he saw nothing wrong. illegal in game.
CNN only recently began covering Hunter Biden’s allegedly corrupt behavior, first publishing its own report on the Biden family’s questionable ethics in January – more than two years after the New York Post on Hunter’s laptop.
The House Oversight Committee — led by Rep. James Comer of Kentucky — has been investigating the Biden family’s possibly suspicious banking records.
