The Florida’s March Madness celebrations took an clumsy turn on Monday evening, when Walter Clayton Jr. told Gators’ mascot to get out of his family photo.
Clayton Jr. was appointed most remarkable player after led Florida to the victory against Houston during the national championship match.
The 22-year-old goalkeeper has cemented as one of the brightest perspectives in male basketball while Florida won his third title in San Antonio.
The Gators appreciated wild post-match wild celebrations on the field, but the cameras caught the moment when the team’s mascot exceeded its welcome.
Clayton was seen holding the trophy and posing for photos alongside the mascot, his girlfriend Tatiyana and their one -year -old daughter Leilani.
A few seconds later, however, the basketball star could be seen by telling the mascot to leave.

Clayton’s mother then tried to join the photo, but she too seemed to say that the young family wanted a photo by themselves.
The situation became even more embarrassing when the mascot then tried to put her arm around Clayton, only to be invited to leave.
A few minutes earlier, the goalkeeper produced a decisive response to a Defense of Houston who had intimidated him, beaten and adhered all night.
Just before the buzzer, he made his own defensive arrest which won the victory and the national title.
The Gators overcome a 12-point deficit to win 65-63 in Thriller. Clayton finished with 11 points, all in the second half.
