Clint Eastwood, 93, makes rare public appearance at Jane Goodall event
Clint Eastwood made a rare public appearance to support his friend Jane Goodall last month.
The 93-year-old actor was photographed sitting alongside the famous environmental advocate at an event in Carmel, California, according to a photo recently shared on LinkedIn.

While it’s unclear whether Eastwood spoke at the “Reasons for Hope” seminar, the two appeared deep in conversation while chatting side-by-side in matching chairs before the show.
The “Gran Torino” actor appeared to be in good spirits as he wore dark pants, a green and orange checkered shirt and a lightweight two-tone jacket.
Eastwood’s hair and beard seemed a little longer than usual.
Goodall, for her part, wore black pants and a turtleneck under a colorful shawl with a feather pattern.
The Daily Mail also obtained footage of the “Mule” star at the event, sitting in the front row before apparently joining the anthropologist on stage.
Despite his age, Eastwood did not use a cane as he walked up the steps alongside his assistant, according to the outlet.
Although the legendary actor hasn’t been spotted in years, he was last photographed on the set of his film “Juror No. 2” in Savannah, Georgia.

Eastwood is the father of eight children from six different women and he also has several grandchildren to care for.
