Menlo Park has a new oyster bar serving fresh seafood and American cuisine.
Look for oysters, yes, but also lobster rolls ($ 42), lateacity crab ($ 34), shrimp toast ($ 25), black hamburgers ($ 26) and linguine with clams ($ 38). Oysters from British Columbia, Maine, Washington, California, Prince Edward Island and Massachusetts are also available at $ 4.50 each.
Located inside an old building which once housed the longtime coffee of dinner Ann and Menlo Bazaar, the interior of Lambert McGuire Design was redone in a sea style in the middle of the century. Inside, you will find comfortable stands, stools and tables, as well as a 200 -gallon salt water aquarium and a marine landscape of the artist based in Martinez, Rob Mosse Wilson.
The opening represents the first location of the Bay Area of the chain and the second California One – the first open last year in Montecito.
