Russell Wilson and his wife Ciara have a lot to celebrate.
The Steelers quarterback and singer are set to receive $31 million in the pending sale of their Washington lakefront property, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing a source close to the deal.
The Bellevue mansion, located about 10 miles from Seattle, is expected to sell for $21.25 million. The couple pocketed an additional $9.75 million for previously sold land next to the mansion in 2022, bringing the total payout to $31 million.

Wilson, 35, and Ciara, 38, have reportedly found a buyer for their 11,000-square-foot Bellevue mansion, which went on the market for $36 million in spring 2022 — around the time Seattle traded the nine-time Pro Bowler to Denver in an offseason blockbuster.

Once the sale is final, Wilson will realize a $15 million profit on the mansion, which he originally purchased for $6.7 million in 2015 while still with the Seahawks, according to public records.

The price of the home has been reduced twice, most recently to $24.9 million, according to the report. It was on the market for $28 million at one point.
