Chrissy Teigen shares that she stopped smoking for the last time

While accepting the price of women of the year 2018 by the Peggy Albrecht Friendly House, a residential program for women who recover from substance and alcohol abuse, Moore spoke of the “self -destruction path” which has almost derailed his career.

“I have the impression that there are decisive moments in our lives who shape who we are and the direction that we are going and at the start of my career, I made a real self -destruction path and whatever the successes I had, I never felt good enough,” recalls the star. “I had absolutely no value for me and this self-destructive path, it quickly brought me to a real point of crisis and it was not clear to reason. Perhaps it was a divine intervention.”

Moore, who asked for treatment in 2012, thanked two anonymous people whom she “barely knew” for having given her something of an ultimatum to change her life. “Unless I am dead, I would better introduce myself,” she joked, adding that she had “a chance to redirect the course of my life before destroying everything”.

“Obviously, they saw more from me than I saw it,” noted Moore. “And I am so grateful because without this opportunity, without them believe me, I would not be here today.”
