The large veteran receiver Chris Conley announced his retirement on Saturday.
Conley written Instagram that he set out a goal to play 10 years in the NFL when he started his career and the choice of the third round 2015 reached this point with the 49ers last season. He achieved six catches for 76 yards in 15 games and also succeeded two plated and escaped recovery while playing a regular role in special teams.
In his announcement, Conley wrote that “it’s time to view something new” and his agent told Ian Rapoport de Nfl Media that Conley Frequenting a film school at the University of Georgia. This is also where Conley played university football.
The chiefs drafted Conley and he spent four years with the team before a two -year visit to Jacksonville. He has also played for Texans and Titans before spending the last two seasons with the Niners. He achieved 226 captures for 2,998 yards and 15 affected in 132 regular career games.
