Chris Brown has reportedly been the subject of a new trial accusing him of rape.
An unnamed woman filed a swimsuit against the 32-year-old singer for allegedly drugging and then raping her on Dec. 30, 2020, based on documents obtained by TMZ.
The plaintiff claims the sexual assault took place aboard a yacht docked at the residence of Sean “Diddy” Combs on Star Island in Miami Beach.
DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Brown and Combs for comment, but has not yet received a response.

Jane Doe, who describes herself as a “talented choreographer, dancer, model and musical artist”, says the ordeal began when a friend of hers was hanging out in Brown’s neighborhood.
The two friends were talking via video chat when Brown allegedly picked up his friend’s phone and asked him to come to Diddy’s Star Island home as soon as possible.
Once she arrived, she says Brown welcomed her aboard the yacht and asked her if she’d like a drink before motioning her towards the boat’s galley.
The affiant claims that he gave her a crimson plastic cup contained in the kitchen and filled with a combination alcoholic drink.

After talking, the woman claims that Brown filled her cup. After she started drinking again, she says she really started to feel “a sudden, unexplained shift in consciousness”.
She claims she felt “disoriented, physically unsteady and began to drift and fall asleep”, at which level Brown allegedly took her to a bedroom.
She says that at the time she felt “drugged” and “half asleep”.
Her submission states that the Beautiful People singer closed the bedroom door and took off her bikini bottom before starting to kiss her.
The Jane Doe alleges that she mumbled to him to stop, but he continued to rape her.

After he climaxed, he was reportedly given a short time and said he was “over”.
The affiant claims Brown contacted the woman the next day via text message asking her to take Plan B to avoid a possible pregnancy.
Although she was in a state of disarray, she says she took the pill anyway.
Jane Doe’s lawyers, Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, told TMZ that she did not report the alleged rape to the police because she was attending medical school at the time and she was afraid that making a criticism might be a humiliation.
The lawyers said they were “committed to ensuring that victims are heard and would urge anyone with data to contact them”.

Brown has had several legal entanglements in the past, including with his assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna.
In the early hours of February 8, 2009, he had an argument with the Work singer that ended in him assaulting him enough to require his hospitalization.
He was charged with felony assault and uttering threats of jail the following month, initially pleading not responsible, before pleading responsible for a single crime.
He was sentenced to 5 years probation, group service and counseling for domestic violence.
The two then reunited in early 2013, before going their separate ways again later that year.
