Tensions between India and Pakistan are increasing, and Chinese defense stocks are increasing after the apparent use of Pakistan of China’s manufacturing weapons to lower Indian jets.
Pakistan Minister of Foreign Affairs Ishaq Dar said on Wednesday that Pakistan had deployed Chinese Chinese manufacturing J-10C fighter in a confrontation with the Air Force of India, according to local media.

“Pakistan is the largest buyer in Chinese weapons, including fighter planes, air defense systems, naval ships and drones,” said Yang Zi, associate researcher with S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies.
More than 60% of Chinese weapons exports went to Pakistan between 2020 and 2024, according to data from the International Stockholm Peace Research Institute.
“It is certainly likely that Pakistan used Chinese planes,” said Seth Jones, president of the Department of Defense and Security of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
Yang told CNBC that “the conflict is a positive testimony to the quality of Chinese manufacturing weapons, given the performance of fighter planes and Pakistan air defense systems against French and Soviet manufacturing planes”.
The increase in defense actions in China (reflects) the idea that if the Indian-Pakistani war is intensifying, China will arm Pakistan and will replace any loss.

He added that although it was not clear if those involved in an air-to-air fight or missile strikes on air surface, it always indicates that Pakistan has “successful capacities, with Chinese support”.
According to Pakistani Minister of Information, Attaullah Tarar, five Indian Air Force planes were slaughtered while they were approaching the Pakistani territory.
India, however, denied the reports of the decline in its jets, rejecting them as “speech”.
India announced early Wednesday that its armed forces had made strikes in Pakistan and that the region it calls Jammu-et-Cachemire occupied by Pakistan. The Ministry of India of Defense said that strikes were targeting nine places suspected of being where “terrorist attacks” are planned and directed against India.
This follows the militant attack last month in Pahalgam, Jammu-et-Cachemire, which left 26 dead.

“The increase in defense actions in China (reflects) the opinion that if the Indian-Pakistani war is intensifying, China will arm Pakistan and will replace any loss,” said David Roche, Stratège de Quantum Strategy.
Pakistan and China established diplomatic relations in 1951. China is also the most important defense partner in Pakistan since the end of the Cold War, according to the American Institute of Peace.
“China and Pakistan have long -standing political ties. They have had long -standing economic ties, and in particular, in recent years, they have had in -depth military links,” said Jones de CSIS.
Jones, however, noted that the action rally could simply be a “temporary blip”.
India and Pakistan would ideally like to defuse, but the ball is now at the court of Pakistan, he added.
