China said it could take legal action against anyone imposing restrictions on the United States on the use of Huawei Technologies Co. AI tokens, degenerating a dispute that has turned a provisional truce on prices.
“China considers that the United States abuse export controls to contain and repress China, which violates international law and fundamental standards for international relations,” the Beijing Ministry of Trade said on Wednesday, adding that this has harmed the country’s development interests and companies.
