Louisville, Ky. A state of emergency was declared for certain parts of the county of Obion, in Tennessee, after the failure of a dike on Saturday, flooding the small community of Rives, which houses around 300 people in the western part of the State . “”
In Atlanta, a person was killed when a large tree fell into a house early on Sunday, according to Atlanta Captain Fire Rescue Scott Powell.
