After starting his career in the south of Illinois (2019), then spending two seasons in Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College (2020-21), Frazier appeared in 29 games on three action seasons at UTSA (2022-24), from 10 games out of 12 for roadrunners and to accumulate the interceptions of the second-power. Originally from Cedartown, Georgia, Frazier prepared for Cedartown High School, where he totaled 93 plated and 10 interceptions during his preparation career, winning the honors of all regions twice.
