Twenty-five years later The Real World: Bostonthis reality TV star is in better shape than ever.
The Challenge: All Stars fans noticed the shocking transformation in Yarbrough’s physical form when they tuned in to the May 11 season three premiere. The 50-year-old later opened up about his 60-pound weight loss in an interview with E! News.
“I feel completely invigorated. Honestly, every day is my birthday now,” Yarbrough said. “It’s amazing to be back with the spotlight on me and to come out and show the world my natural progression in life. It’s a different feeling when you’re 50 and you still have the option to go out and compete.”
In addition to adopting the ketogenic diet and cutting alcohol and sugar from her diet, Yarbrough strives to get 20 miles a day, whether that’s on her bike, elliptical or running. As for her decision to be healthier? It happened after his doctor told him he had high blood pressure.
“I felt good and that was one of the factors to go further,” recalls Yarbrough. “I was already walking down the road, but after that I was like, ‘Look, no, no way. That changes tomorrow. And I just put in place everything I needed to put this back together. Here I am now, feeling better and healthier than ever.”
