There were chaotic scenes in Türkiye while Adana Demirspor’s players left the field in their match against Galatasaray to protest a controversial penalty decision.
Alvaro Morata, who joined Galatasaray on loan from AC Milan, marked the place after 12 minutes, but the game was initially suspended in the 34th minute before being abandoned later.
The penalty had been granted after Dries Mertens de Galatasaray fell into the region despite the fact that Semih Guller did not establish significant contact with him.
Adana Boss Mustafa Alper Avci, whose team is at the bottom of the table, called her players while Yusuf Barasi received treatment.

20 minutes after the players left the field, the stadium advertisement confirmed that the game had been abandoned.
As Turkiye reported today, the announcement said: “The match was abandoned by the referee due to the withdrawal of Adana Demirspor from the game”.
Former president of Adana Demirspor, Metin Korkmaz, said: “This is a protest against the arbitration committee, not Galatasaray.”
Galatasaray is currently at the top of the Super Lig by three points, when they also played a game less than their nearest Fenerbahce challengers.
Morata made his third appearance for Galatasaray – he also found the net in a 4-1 victory against the Boluspor in the Turkish Cup.
Adana Demirspor has only taken five points from their 21 super Lig games so far this campaign.
Fenerbahce responded to a Galatasaray post by writing: “ continue to deceive our state and the Turkish football federation with your irregular contracts, advertisements of black market tickets and illegal bets, the public with your manipulated media and your declarations Not sincere, as well as referees and football fans with your football players that you have been trying to deceive for years!
Galatasaray is expected to return to action Thursday when they face Az Alkmaar in the Europa League.
