The new travel policy has sparked various reactions from Africa, whose countries represent seven of the 12 countries affected by the prohibition of Pure and simple visa of Trump with certain exemptions.
In the Republic of CongoGovernment spokesperson Thierry Moungalla said that he thought that the country was one of the people affected due to an “misunderstanding” on an armed attack in the United States with the “erroneous” authors of the Republic of the Republic of Congo.
“Obviously, the Congo is not a terrorist country, which does not house any terrorist, is not known to have a terrorist vocation. We therefore think that it is a misunderstanding and I think that in the coming hours, the competent diplomatic services of the government will contact the American authorities here,” he said in the capital of Brazzaville.
In Sierra LeoneAmong the countries with increased travel restrictions, the Minister of Information, Tchern Bah, said that the country has committed to responding to the concerns that have aroused the prohibition.
