Bottour county, go. – A darling affair was confirmed at Lord Btetourt high school, according to BCPS on Thursday.
Pek is an infectious respiratory disease caused by bacteria distributed in the air in the droplets produced during sneezing or cough.
The Virginia Department of Health recommends monitoring your child for darling symptoms. Pek generally begins like a cold, with a flowing nose, sneezing and perhaps a slight fever, followed by a cough which can last for several weeks. There may be uncontrolled cough spells with difficulties in breathing or vomiting. If you suspect your child can be sick, please follow their health care provider.
Children with darling and other infectious respiratory diseases must stay at the school house and other activities, such as day care, sports or game groups. Children waiting for test results cannot return to school until the test results are received.
