In the shocking scene, Captain Wagner told Carra: “You join a special working group at DC. A place that has just opened. The training begins right away. This will require in -depth training in DC and infiltration assignments. ”
Kaya was amazed to hear the news because she had not applied for the post. Wagner had set it up for the promotion, knowing that it would be perfect for that.
Executive producer Jonathan Tolins spoke on the deadline for surprising development. “Kaya turned out to be this wonderful partner for Elsbeth, and this relationship was the one we all love so much, and we love Carra,” he said. “We are delighted that the character has obtained his promotion and realized this dream. She does not leave the world of the series. She just won’t be with us every day. I don’t want to make too much change. ”

Patterson will once again appear in the final of season 2 “Ramen Holiday”, where fans will see the conclusion of his work as an officer in the NYPD. There are still speeches and toasts to have, as well as a magic musical number featuring many previous guests from various seasons.
