Cam Thomas shoves Jalen Brunson in heated end to Knicks-Nets

New York’s basketball rivalry got a little heated as Friday’s game ended.

In the final minute of the Knicks’ 111-107 win over the Nets, the teams got a bit heated after Cam Thomas intentionally fouled Jalen Brunson.

With the Nets trailing by two and 4.1 seconds left, Thomas intentionally fouled Brunson hard, giving him a big push to the near side of the court.

While the Madison Square Garden crowd – including Spike Lee – was furious, OG Anunoby was also disrupted, finding himself facing Thomas before officials separated the two teams to quell any further issues.

OG Anunoby took exception to Cam Thomas’ foul on Jalen Brunson.

In addition to the personal foul, Thomas received a technical foul, as did Anunoby.

Fans began chanting, “OG, OG,” after Anunoby got into the fray.

Brunson, for his part, made both of his free throws and the Knicks won by four to maintain at least a spot among the top four seeds in the playoffs.
