“Call the Bears and make a deal” A look at Ben Johnson at the Bears

The latest Bears Banter podcast is out!

This is a podcast you don’t want to miss. I know we say this a lot, but this is probably the best interview the Bears Banter podcast has ever had.

We’re all excited about Ben Johnson signing with the Chicago Bears, so Rick Smith, Ben Johnson’s agent, joined the podcast to discuss how it happened.

Smith was incredibly transparent and provided several exceptional insights.

Smith tells us about when Johnson made his decision, he asks if the Raiders rumors were legit, he explains where the GM roster and a franchise must be willing to admit mistakes and be willing to correct them, he talks about the Bears process . fantastic, he explains how Kevin Warren played a key role in making this happen, and he gives us some insight into how these coaching hires get done.
