California workers who are fed up with off-duty calls and emails at work could benefit from support from the state Legislature. A new bill would give workers the right to ignore calls and messages from their bosses until they are back at work. It would be the first such law in the United States, although France already has a similar law in effect and Australia will implement one later this year. California Assembly Member Matt Haney proposed the bill and joined CBS News to talk about it.
