Byd sells 300,538 NEV in January, up 49% in annual shift while it fell 42% compared to DEC

The sales of PHEV of passengers in January were 171,069 units, up 78.73% in annual shift but 43.30% lower than that of December, marking the third consecutive month of sequential decline.

Performance on the markets abroad was a positive point, despite a significant drop in overall sales.

In January, Byd sold a record of 66,336 NEV of passengers on foreign markets, up 83.38% in annual sliding and up 16.07% compared to December.

In addition to being the largest Chinese nev manufacturer, Byd is also the country’s second manufacturer of food batteries.
