The Greens at Buffalo Run offers 74 townhouse style condominiums with four floor plans near the Buffalo Run Golf Course. The convenient location provides easy access to Denver and a 10-minute drive to Denver International Airport.
Two- to four-bedroom floor plans are available as ranch homes or two-story homes, and all come with unfinished basements and attached two-car garages. Buyers can choose to upgrade with a finished basement in their purchase price, says Janelle Walston, broker / owner for Walston Group Real Estate, who handles all sales and marketing for JM Weston Homes.
“These are attached properties, but I don’t want them,” says Walston. “They feature spacious open layouts and unfinished basements, which is unusual for a condo.”
The base price starts around $ 400 and goes up to $ 450,000. Buyers can expect their condo to be completed in six to eight months.
What is available?
The four regimes:

With an office and an attic, buyers have the choice of an office or additional bedrooms. Buyers could choose to have up to five bedrooms in their condo, Walston says.
JM Weston homes feature green construction with high efficiency features including tankless water heaters, LED lighting, low emissivity double glazed windows, third party energy certificate and verification (HERS rating) and a complete set of insulation.
The condominiums also include pre-wiring for air conditioning, landscaping with irrigation system, 9 foot ceilings on the main level and in the basement, a removable finish on the walls and ceilings, interior panel doors Unique raised, luxury vinyl flooring in entryway, kitchen and laundry room, 30 year asphalt shingle roofs and stain resistant carpet.
Buyers can choose from design packages to make their home their own without feeling overwhelmed by the choices, says Walston.
“We want to make things easier,” she says. “You can choose the colors and finishes in each package, so it’s not overwhelming. “
Standard design packages include:
- Kitchens with quartz countertops, birch flat panel cabinets, kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, stainless steel double sink, pantry with wood shelves, luxury vinyl flooring and recessed lighting.
- Bathrooms with laminate countertops, vinyl flooring, metro ceramic tiles around the tub and shower surrounds, Delta chrome faucets, mirrors on all sinks, chrome toiletries and toiletries and toilets, faucets and shower heads with low water consumption.
- Main suites with walk-in closet, double sinks in the bath, oversized shower with glass enclosure and separate toilet. The private bathrooms also include quartz countertops and tiled floors.
The builder also wants to make it easy for home buyers to enjoy their new home.
The condominiums are maintenance free as the development will include landscaping, exterior maintenance and snow removal. “You can lock in and go if you want to,” Walston said.
The Homeowners Association also provides comprehensive insurance covering the building and anything the builder puts in the house. This saves buyers money as they only need to purchase insurance for their personal effects rather than traditional home insurance.
