Lieutenant-General Kyrylo Budanov, Chief Executive Officer of Ukraine Defense (HUR), the War Zone (TWZ) told the recent media reports on the website. Almost total North Korean troops (RPDC) of the first line were simply wrong.
He said that there were still up to 8,000 first -line fights in Kursk, even if the heavy victims they have suffered since their trip to the Russian region have had an impact on their operations and redeployment from of certain parts of the combat zone. Budanov would have said that the reasons for this are not clear:

“We have to wait a while to see if there are real changes or if they are lower activities for a few days.”
Budanov’s comments contradicted generalized international and Ukrainian media reports, notably those of the New York Times, CNN, The Times and kyiv Post, on the almost total withdrawal of the North Korean troops of the Combat Zone in the Kursk region Russian.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made some of his strongest comments on how negotiations could train to end the war in Ukraine, but warned of letting Putin control the process.
Reports have cited Ukrainian Sources of Special Forces (SSO), including Colonel Oleksandr Kindratenko, who told CNN: “The presence of RPDC troops has not been observed for about three weeks, and they were probably Forced to withdraw after suffering heavy losses. ”
A similar evaluation came from the commander of the 1st battalion of combat divers in Ukraine with the “Pulses” call signal. Kindratenko then brought these comments when he told Ukrainska Pravda that his comments only referred to the front areas where the SSO units were active.
As TWZ pointed out, however, it was not only military spokespersons who said that the North Korean troops had withdrawn. Mikhailo Podolyak, advisor to President Volodymyr Zelensky, wrote in a similar vein on his “X” channel:
“Certain North Korean units have been removed from the front line in the Kursk region, according to the reports of the special operations forces of Ukraine … It turns out that even (the chief of the RPDC) Kim Jong- A values the life of his subjects more than (Russian (Russian (Russian (Russian (Russian President Vladimir) Putin values the Russians. The eastern monarch considers the losses of 40% of unacceptable personnel. Meanwhile, Putin sends a Wave after a wave of people from the poorest regions of Russia to storm Ukrainian positions – on old ladas, motorcycles, scooters and even crutches.
Budanov confirmed other reports that suggest that almost a quarter of the 12,000 RPDC soldiers sent to Kursk to try to dislodge the Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region which they invaded in August. He said that these losses were a combination of “lack of real combat experience”, their use in “almost without combat” meat attacks and their thoughtless dedication to the dictator of North Korea Kim Jong-un.
Even thus, Budanov argued that the reports of withdrawal of RPDC troops in the media are “erroneous”.
