Manchester United captain, Bruno Fernandes, was appointed player of the month of Premier League for Mars.
This is the fifth time that Fernandes won the award but his first in five years.
All previous distinctions of Fernandes occurred in 2020 – the year he joined United – when he triumphed in February, June, November and December.
Last month, Fernandes had four goal involvement while United was undefeated in the Premier League.
The Portuguese star marked a free kick in a 1-1 arsenal and was also on the match sheet against Leicester – a match in which he provided two assists.
By winning the prize for the fifth time, Fernandes equaled the achievements of two former stars of United.

Wayne Rooney and Robin Van Persie both won the player’s price of the month five times each, with three of the latter’s successes to come when he was in Arsenal.
Harry Kane, Sergio Aguero and Mohamed Salah pave the way with seven prices of the player of the month each.
Steven Gerrard and Cristiano Ronaldo, for their part, won the prize six times.
By winning the prize for March, Fernandes saw the Declan Rice d’Arsenal competition.
Anthony Elaga and Nikola Milenkovic, pairs of the Nottingham forest, were also nominated with Jean-Réctor Bellegarde de Wolves and Jan Paul Van Hecke de Brighton.
Meanwhile, the boss of the Nuno Espirito Santo forest won the Promir League director for the third time this season.
Nuno previously won the prize in October and December 2024, when he has now claimed the distinction seven times in total.
For his latest prize, Nuno was selected in front of the boss of United Ruben Amorim and Fabian Hurzeler of Brighton.
Fernandes is now level with Robin Van Persie and Wayne Rooney having won five prizes from the player of the month of Premier League

Forest managed to guarantee victories against Manchester City and Ipswich in March
In March, Forest beat Manchester City 1-0 before winning 4-2 against Ipswich.
The Nuno team is currently in third place in the Premier League as it seeks to qualify for the Champions League.
They have not finished so high since the 1994-1995 season, when Frank Clark led them to the highest placement a newly promoted side.
Even if Forest Tail, it seems that finishing fifth will be enough to win a place in the Champions League.
