The Browns selected Te Harold Fannin Jr. with the 67th choice in total in the draft of the NFL 2025.
“He is really in a way the queen of failures,” said the executive vice-president of football operations and the general manager Andrew Berry. “He is a very good ball player, can separate as a receiver from passes despite a little sub-dimension. He is really a good moving blockman and he adapts perfectly in terms of what (head coach) Kevin (Stefanski) and (offensive coordinator) Tommy (rees) want to do philosophically on the offense.”
Fannin, who is from Canton, Ohio, and went to McKinley Senior High School, brings this local connection to the Browns. He played three seasons at Bowling Green and appeared in 36 career games. He totaled 180 receptions for 2,396 reception yards and 17 affected. He also added 33 races for 159 yards on the ground and five affected.
He also led the FBS during total receptions with 117 and total reception yards with 1,555 reception yards for the 2024 season.
“I feel like the way my style of play is, I am able to move a lot,” said Fannin. “I can do a lot of different things, a little really open the game manual just because, obviously, I can play a little out -of -position.”
Fannin joins a tight piece that presents David Njoku, Blake Whiteheart, Tre ‘McKitty and Brenden Bates.
