Naked Brittany is back.
Brittany Mahomes took to Instagram on Friday to share an adorable family photo of her holding her kids, daughter Sterling, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, 16 months, without makeup.
“Man I love them,” the wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes wrote above the photo, which showed her beaming with pride.
The 28-year-old’s makeup-free photo came days after she became vulnerable on her Instagram Story about her struggles with acne.
“Just here for your daily reality check😘,” she captioned a makeup-free selfie.
“I’m actually really struggling with my skin right now,” she explained. “I’m trying to figure out why I have rashes all around my mouth, like I’m allergic to something, but I can’t figure it out.”
Brittany also asked fans for any advice they might have alongside another photo that gave a closer view of her mouth and some of the acne she was depicting.
The mom of two has been very candid about her health lately. Earlier this month, she revealed she had a broken back.
However, that didn’t stop her and Patrick, also 28, from flying to Cabo for a family vacation. The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model flaunted her toned figure in a slate gray bikini with cutouts across her chest as she played in the sand with her little ones.

The NFL star was also seen without his shirt after previously defending his father’s body from internet trolls who criticized him for not having a chiseled torso in January.
He also joked about it with an Instagram post last week that showed him hitting the gym with Chiefs receivers Hollywood Brown and Rashee Rice. “#DadBodSZN,” he captioned the photos.
Rice, 23, also poked fun at the ordeal by wearing a shirt with a photo of his shirtless quarterback.
Patrick and Brittany are high school sweethearts. They married in March 2022 after welcoming their daughter.
