Brittany and Patrick Mahomes, Olivia Dunne and Paige Spiranac star in the latest edition of Sports Illustrated in swimsuits at a party in New York
The stars of the latest edition of Sports Illustrated in swimsuits were present in force in New York on Thursday evening.
Ahead of the upcoming release of the highly anticipated swimsuit issue, sports stars, models and influencers hit the red carpet for a lavish party at the Hard Rock Hotel in the heart of Manhattan.
The stars of the 60th anniversary issue have been teasing its release all week but gathered in the Big Apple for the official launch.
They included Brittany Mahomes and her husband Patrick. However, the three-time Super Bowl winner and Kansas City Chiefs quarterback briefly stood aside while his wife posed for photos.
Also among the guests was LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne. The social media sensation, who has built an army of fans in recent years, is she is currently thinking about what’s next for her.

Dunne wowed in a plunging black dress as she considers whether to return to LSU gymnastics
Spiranac is a wildly successful golf influencer and creates content with the names of the sports stars.
A gymnast at LSU, she has the option to return to college for another year. She recently had plenty of reasons to celebrate with her boyfriend Paul Skenes making his MLB debut for the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Golf influencer Paige Spiranac was also in attendance.
The 31-year-old shot one of several covers available for the launch and was clearly thrilled by the honor.
She shared a photo of the cover with her four million Instagram followers and wrote: “Ah the 60th anniversary Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover!”
Earlier this week, Sports Illustrated revealed its four cover models.
Among them was Gayle King, who showed off her stunning body in a swimsuit as she made her magazine front page debut at age 69.
Joining her for this year’s cover are veterans Kate Upton, Hunter McGrady and Chrissy Teigen.

All four were photographed at the event Thursday night — with Teigen’s husband John Legend walking the red carpet. Martha Stewart was also on the red carpet and posed with Upton.
Logan Paul and his fiancée Nina Agdal were also in attendance.
The couple are expecting their first child and the WWE star placed his hand on her stomach as they posed for photos together.
Mahomes celebrated the launch earlier this week by sharing a video of his photo shoot alongside a Taylor Swift song.
Mahomes and Swift have struck up a friendship over the past year since the singer began dating Chiefs star Travis Kelce and Brittany shared the images on her Instagram on Tuesday along with Swift’s song “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.”
Mahomes, 28, a mother of two, traveled to Belize for filming a few months ago, but used SI’s latest launch to reminisce about the photos.
In another Instagram post, Mahomes wrote, “What an honor to join the Sports Illustrated family! I am so grateful to the incredible team of women who give us this incredible platform to be our most authentic selves.
