Britney Spears repeatedly attacked her ex-husband Sam Asghari and smashed his skull during a fight
Pop star Britney Spears has been accused of domestic violence against her ex-husband Sam Asghari during their brief marriage after a fight allegedly left her with a serious head injury.
At the time Iranian-American model Asghari filed for divorce, TMZ released an anonymous report that Spears had attacked him multiple times throughout their relationship. Weeks later, a TMZ documentary claimed that during a fight between the couple, Spears tripped and fell, ending up in the hospital.
Sources close to Asghari told TMZ that the fitness influencer frequently complained about Spears getting physical with him during their years together, often with security personnel interrupting their fights. On at least one occasion, the pop star reportedly gave him a black eye while he slept. Earlier this year, Asghari was pictured with a black eye and bite marks on his forearm.
This week, Fox aired a documentary containing the claim, disputed by Spears’ reps, that the singer tripped during an altercation with Asghari and needed stitches to her head:
TMZ founder Harvey Levin claimed in ‘Britney Spears: Divorce & Despair’, which aired Thursday on Fox, that the now-estranged couple once had a heated argument in London that ended in the singer being seriously injured. of “Toxic” that required medical attention.
“She and Sam were indulging in it in a hotel room, and it got so bad. [that] she tripped and hit the coffee table, splitting her head open,” Levin claimed. “She needed stitches.”
However, a source tells us, “That didn’t happen,” adding that Spears and Asghari “never even went to London together.”
Anonymous sources also told TMZ that Asghari said “Baby One More Time” was troubled by the knives, which they said were kept all over the house, as well as in the couple’s bedroom.
In addition to the domestic violence allegations, the leaks from the Spears and Asghari camps alternately accused each other of infidelity, abandonment, and more.
The pop star’s loved ones are said to be worried for her safety as she no longer has a support system given that Spears has cut ties with her family members and has no real friends either.
Spears and Asghari tied the knot on June 9, 2022, just six months after the end of the judicial conservatorship that controlled her life for more than 13 years.
Spears was previously married to her childhood friend, Jason Alexander, for less than three days in 2004 (Alexander was arrested while trying to prevent Asghari’s wedding). The same year, the pop star also married dancer Kevin Federline, with whom she shares two sons. Spears and Federline divorced after three years. Her ex-husband has custody of the boys. At the time of their divorce, Spears was the subject of intense media attention and increasingly struggled with mental health issues.
In 2008, the singer was placed under the guardianship headed by her father. At first, she did well with this arrangement, continuing to release records, direct videos and perform live, including a major concert residency in Las Vegas. But then she started appearing less in public and fans started demanding that the court #FreeBritney, in what was to become a major movement.
Now fans and other onlookers watch in collective horror and confusion as Spears posts the bizarre and obscene images on social media. She recently embarrassed herself by claiming that NBA star Victor Wembanyama’s security staff beat her; footage of the incident shows she punched herself in the face.
