For the first time in its 106-year history, the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) is voting 300,000 of its members against a strike over their 5% pay rise. Nurses are expected to get a 5% raise above inflation – which is currently at 10.1% – according to the NCR.
We would like to hear from British nurses about their views on the ballot. What do you think of the 5% salary increase? Would you support the strike? Do you have any concerns?
