Police say that the brand faces a rape chief, an indecent assault, oral rape and two sexual assault.

British actor Russell Brand was accused of several chiefs of sexual assault in the United Kingdom.

Brand, formerly one of the most publicized artists and broadcasters in Great Britain, faces an indecent assault, one of the oral rape and two of sexual assault, according to a press release from the Metropolitan Police of London published on Friday.

The accusations arise from complaints of four women on alleged offenses which took place from 1999 to 2005.

Police said that an investigation into the brand “remains open” and encouraged anyone who had been assigned or who may have information concerning the case to come forward.

The accusations occur more than a year after British Media Outlets Channel 4 and the Sunday Times revealed allegations of assaulting four women against Brand.

The 50 -year -old actor denied any reprehensible act, declaring that even if he had many sexual relations, they were “always consensual”.

Addressing the American political commentator Tucker Carlson in January 2024, Brand described the accusations against him as “very, very painful”.

“I am aware that I put myself in an extremely vulnerable position by being very, very promiscuity. It is not the type of conduct I approve, and it is certainly not how I would live now,” he said.

Known for its Risp-Risk routines, Brand also organized numerous radio and television programs, wrote memories translating its battles with drugs and alcohol, appeared in several Hollywood films and was married to the pop star of Pop Katy Perry from 2010 to 2012.

In recent years, the brand has been largely absent from the consumer media, but has built a general public online with videos mixing theories of well-being and conspiracy. He recently said he had moved to the United States.

Police said the brand should appear before a London court on May 2.
