Britain’s Got Talent fans say final is ‘ruined’ as they all make the same complaint

Britain’s Got Talent fans were left frustrated when the series finale aired on Sunday June 2, saying it was “ruined” due to heated reactions from the live audience. During the highly anticipated finale, viewers complained about overwhelming crowd noise – mainly boos – which regularly interrupted former Strictly star Bruno Tonioli’s commentary during the opening acts.

Many fans of the show took to social media to express their frustration, with one writing: “Bruno’s singing could ruin #BGT 2024 it’s so boring,” and another adding: “Can anyone refuse the public? The noise every time Bruno speaks. is deafening.” A third viewer echoed the sentiment and added: “I miss these boos every time Bruno speaks, it ruins the show.”

Other viewers called on the ITV sound team to intervene, with one person saying: “Audience, too loud. Sound engineer, sort it out please” and “Can’t they turn it down noise from the public…”, reports the Quotidien. Star.

It’s not the first time audience noise has been a source of annoyance for viewers at home – as well as Bruno’s fellow judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon. When shadow comedian Matteo performed on the May 28 show, Alesha’s comments received such loud boos that she had to stop talking and wait for them to calm down.

Presenters Ant and Dec also had to wait a while before turning to head judge Simon for his own thoughts on the performance. Taking to social media, fans were quick to share their displeasure, writing: “If you think the shadow puppeteer isn’t a genius you can fuck off to space. #BGT.”

Another hot topic during Sunday’s finale was the judges’ choice of outfits, particularly Amanda Holden’s stunning metallic dress. The TV personality looked sensational in her shiny metallic silver strapless dress which had a plunging sweetheart neckline, statement bodice and sheer skirt.

After a week of watching artists vie for a place in tonight’s finale, viewers were lined up to see the 10 who made it – including musical impressionist Mike Woodhams, Innocent Masuku, SSaulabi Performance Troupe, Magician Jack Rhodes, the Haribow dancers and the magician Trixy.

The BGT winner is crowned by hosts Ant and Declan and takes home an impressive £250,000 prize as well as the opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance on November 22 at the iconic Royal Albert Hall.
