Brie Larson started a shaved head in a video without makeup

Brie Larson enters the character with his most shocking hair transformation to date. Only a few months after cutting her long blond signature hair and making her debut on a brown elf cut, the actress has become even shorter, shaving her head.

Friday, Larson showed his brand new buzz cup while sharing a look behind the scenes on his next production of Sophocles’s Elektra At the Duke of York’s Theater in London, in which she plays the main character. In a shared clip in Instagram, the Oscar winner paired her shortly shorter hair with a red hooded sweatshirt and without makeup, while she was talking about her new “empowering” role.

“Has this video to give a taste of what the last months have been for me when we are preparing for our West End debut,” wrote Larson. “I had never been in a rigorous rehearsal process, and the play we created is entirely unique. Working with this incredible casting team and creatives changed my life! We have built this show together and we love the Execute.

In November, Larson went to Instagram to share a few black and white press buttons of his ultra-recorded elf cut, with baby fringes and longer side pieces. In addition to the shocking style, the Captain Marvel Star also abandoned his blond braids for a dark brown shade which almost corresponded to his black top to the shoulder.
