“Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy”, the fourth and last adaptation of the most sold series of Helen Fielding’s the best -selling series, is in trouble on Peacock.
The film is focused on Bridget (Renée Zellweger) Navigate life as a widow and single mother with the help of her family, friends and former flame, Daniel Cleaver (Grant Hugh).
Taking place four years after the death of her husband, Mark Darcy (Colin Firth), the film sees Bridget opening again for love, which makes him participate a younger man (Leo Woodall) as well as by his son’s science teacher (Chiwetel Ejiofor).
As with the previous films of the series, certain changes have been made to the translation of the story from one book to another, including Bridget’s career and some details on how his relationship with his young love, Roxster, takes place.
Meanwhile, the flourishing friendships of Bridget with the other mothers Rebecca (Isla Fisher) and Nicolette (Leila Farzad) were largely cut off from the film.
