Frank delighted with the performance
Brentford manager Thomas Frank was full of praise for his side’s performance in the 1-1 draw against Manchester United.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: “We all know there should have been only one winner of this match, and it could only have been us.
“Then you lose 1-0 after 96 minutes and you think football is brutal, and I almost lost faith in the god of football.
“What a performance. We’re facing a full Man United, all of our back four are out, our number six and our replacement left-back are out, and we completely dominated the game.
“These players deserve so much praise. They are a fantastic group of human beings to work with.
“We had the most shots we’ve ever had in the Premier League.
“The fact that we didn’t win this game is unbelievable.”
Poor Hojlund
Unlike Ivan Toney, who was in and around the Man United box for the entire game.
Rasmus Hojlund could barely sniffle on the other end of the line.
In fact, the majority of his touches don’t go anywhere near the Brentford box.
