The members of the Williams and Leah Mcsweeney distribution openly spoke of their alleged ill -treatment during the series. McSweeney filed a complaint against the creators of the show – including the Executive of the Andy Cohen network – looking for unpertured damage to mental, emotional and physical pain as well as the deficiency of the joys of life and lost future income.
Cohen was authorized following Bravo’s external investigation into complaints against him.

RHONY was briefly abandoned after season 13, but was restarted with an entirely new cast in 2023 for the seasons 14 and 15 which included Sai de Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Dana Lichy, Jenna Lyons, Jessel Taank and Brynn Whitfield.
