EXCLUSIVE: Less than a week before NBCUniversal’s big pitch to Big Apple advertisers, Andy Cohen, the media giant’s reality TV crown jewel, isn’t shining so brightly after all.

Despite Bravo’s insistence that an investigation by an outside party shed light on the matter Real Housewives franchise boss of “unsubstantiated” allegations of cocaine use, alcohol abuse and sexual harassment, lawyers for Leah McSweeney and Brandi Glanville say it’s all a sham.

Cohen’s own lawyers at Gibson Dunn threatened to sue McSweeney herself if she did not “immediately recant and retract” the allegations. She didn’t and they didn’t take legal action on their end.

With the Bravo statement of this investigation exonerating Cohen, McSweeney’s attorney Adelman scoffed and added, “We look forward to reviewing all interviews, evidence and final reports from the investigation conducted by NBCU, when we will receive them during the discovery phase of the lawsuit. .”

While NBCU sources say outside investigators attempted to speak to McSweeney and Glanville through their attorneys, Bravo had no comment on whether they contacted the two women or their attorneys. The NBCU unit also would not release a copy of the report on Cohen’s behavior, citing attorney-client privilege.
