BOSTON (CBS) – The first baby born in Boston in 2022 arrived just after midnight on New Years.
Aria Grace was delivered at Brigham and Women’s Hospital at 12:05 am. On Saturday.
She weighs 7 pounds and 5 ounces.
Her parents, Alexander and Taiana Katsaras, say it all happened very quickly. They arrived at the hospital around 9 p.m. Friday evening.
“We had friends over for dinner and then in the middle of dinner it all started to happen. So we started rushing to the hospital, but we had everything prepared, ”said Alexander Katsaras.
Taiana Katsaras added: “We are very happy. She’s healthy.
