Bonus Alert: This Forging Company Will Issue Free Stock for the First Time in Six Years

MM Forgings Ltd., the manufacturer of hot forgings, will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, May 29 to consider a free issue of shares, as well as its March quarter results.
