The seriously burned body of a young man was found on Saturday in the Parc de Georgie Stone Mountain, the authorities announced.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation helps local authorities to investigate the discovery, said spokesperson Nelly Miles. Stone Mountain’s public security ministry spokesman John Bankhead said that a dekalb county’s charter-law office was scheduled for Monday.
A hiker fell on the body and reported it to the authorities around 8:18 am on Saturday, Bankhead said by phone.
