Free online action RPG Blue Protocol The game will be released on January 18, 2025 in Japan, Bandai Namco announced. The previously planned western game published by Amazon Games has been canceled.
Blue Protocol first launched on PC on June 14, 2023 in Japan, followed by PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series on December 13, 2023. The game will continue to receive content updates, including new stories, until its final day of service.
“We have enjoyed a strong relationship with Amazon Games throughout the development of Blue Protocoland both our teams are disappointed that we will not be able to bring the game to players around the world,” Bandai Namco Online said in a statement.
Blue Protocol is currently available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC in Japan.
