Bloodhounds play a key role in the search for fugitive

Bloodhounds are so precise that they can differentiate odors from identical twins, said Stephanie White, who coordinates training seminars that attract dogs and managers from the United States to the Florida Public Safety Institute of Tallahassee State College.
