Blinken sits down with Ukrainian bar band for ‘Rockin’ in the Free World’

kyiv — Neil Young’s songs are not generally used as diplomatic tools. On Tuesday evening, in the war-torn Ukrainian capital, shortly before curfew, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken deployed a left-handed guitar to support kyiv in its fight against Russia.
