Blake Lively Jokes Ryan Reynolds Is Trying to ‘Get Her Pregnant Again’ in Adorable Video

Blake Lively jokingly berated her husband Ryan Reynolds on social media this week after he appeared with a canine friend at a star-studded event.

Dressed in a teal suit, Reynolds joined fellow actor Hugh Jackman in London on Thursday to promote the new film “Deadpool & Wolverine” – and they took to the stage at the Eventim Apollo with a dog named Peggy, aka Mary Puppins.

The pup, who appears in the film as “Dogpool”, is already known in the UK as the 2023 winner of Britain’s Ugliest Dog competition.

The unflattering title meant nothing to Reynolds, however, who shared a video on social media of himself holding Peggy and proclaiming, “She’s a 10 in our hearts.”

He added: “This dog has had more training than Hugh Jackman in the gym… and we love him very, very much.”

By Friday, the video had garnered a plethora of enthusiastic reactions from Reynolds’ fans. None, however, were as memorable as Lively’s.

“SOS. He’s trying to get me pregnant again,” the “Gossip Girl” actress quipped on her Instagram Stories.

She then issued a playful warning to Reynolds: “Put aside the dog that you find adorable despite society’s expectations of dogs and take off that damn teal suit! It’s rude.”

Lively and Reynolds, who have been married since 2012, share daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4. Last year, the couple revealed they had welcomed a fourth child, whose name and gender have not yet been publicly released.

Fans will be able to see more of Jackman, Reynolds and Peggy when “Deadpool & Wolverine” hits U.S. theaters on July 26.
